Automatic Cable Tying Machine
The Automatic Cable Tying Machine is suitable for winding and tying USB cable, headphone cable, AC/DC power cable, network cable, telephone cable, audio/video cable, HDMI cable, water hose, rubber tube etc. It can customize the number of coils, the number of ties and the length of the cable tie.It adopts the vibration plate to feed the nylon cable ties to the hand-held nylon tie gun automatically, the operator only need to pull the trigger and all the tying steps will be finished. It is widely used in automotive wiring harness, appliance wire harness and other industries.
Conveyer Means
The conveyor is a vital component of any commercial facility. From food and pharmaceutical companies to warehouses, manufacturing, and transportation centers, materials are constantly moving and need a means of transport. A conveyor can do this in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner that is also environmentally friendly. Various technologies are utilized to make these machines possible, including magnetic, electromagnetic, and optical sensing.
The main function of a conveyor is to move materials in both directions at a regular interval. This translates to reduced cost, increased productivity, and less downtime. The most common types of conveyors are belt driven and chain powered with pulleys and a variety of supporting components.
A properly designed and installed conveyor system will outperform its competition. The best way to achieve this is to design a system that works as a team and integrates with the existing infrastructure. In addition to incorporating the best technology, a robust maintenance plan is key to ensuring the longevity of your equipment. Among other things, be sure to inspect the lubrication and cooling systems regularly.
Dispenser Member
The Dispenser Member of an Automatic Cable Tying Machine comprises a cartridge having a plurality of self-locking cable ties positioned within it. The dispenser member includes release means for releasing restraining means on the cartridge to permit egress of the cable ties contained therein and transfer means for transferring the cable ties from the cartridge into the conveyer means.
In a preferred embodiment, the dispenser member is refillable. This is a desirable feature as it allows the user to simply remove the last cable tie from the dispenser 10 and select another pre-filled supply of cable ties for continuing with their work without having to open the dispenser 10 or manually load a new supply of cable ties.
The dispenser member further comprises a pneumatic cylinder having a rod 84 supported for movement from a first position behind a cable tie disposed in the chamber 78 to a second position wherein the rod transfers the cable tie from the chamber 78 into the dispenser cable tie tube 86. A passageway 87 is provided in the dispenser cable tie tube for transmitting fluid under pressure behind the head of a cable tie positoned therein.
Tool Member
The Automatic Cable Tying Machine is a surprisingly effective tool for tying bulky motor coils and other products that are difficult to tie by hand. The battery based unit is lightweight and easy to handle and offers time savings of up to 4 times compared to tying by hand.
The most important component of the tool is a vibrating plate that feeds bulky ties from the top and bottom simultaneously to guide them into the jaws for tightening, cutting and securing. A pedal is also included to move the ties to the proper position.
The best part about the tool is the fact that it can tie a staggering 1000 pcs of cable ties per reel, without a cord in sight. This feature not only saves on power consumption, but it also allows vineyard professionals to move about more freely and reduces repetitive stress injuries. The tool can be used for tying wire harnesses, aprons and electrical connectors to name but a few applications.
Cycle Actuation
The cycle actuation of an automatic cable tie tool is accomplished by a thumb slide 104 suitably disposed in the tool housing such that movement thereof to a position causing the actuator rod 111 into latched engagement with the primary wire latch 123 permits air to enter the pilot line 228. The pressure of the air is supplied to Valve 264 such that it shifts Valves 265 and 266 permitting the air to be passed through regulator 268 into the dispenser cable tie tube 86 whereupon the air is urged through passageway 87 into the tool member 51 thereby propelling the cable tie 55 from the cartridge 54 to the tool member as shown in FIGS.
In addition, upon retraction of the feeder arm 58 from the cartridge into the cable tie chamber 78, the last cable tie in the cartridge is resiliently biased by the feeder arm 58 into position adjacent the exit opening 62 as illustrated in FIGS. Upon further probe movement through the cartridge such that the feeder arm 58 moves below the probe opening 69 the pneumatically connected signal 97 is actuated.
