1. Semi automatic winding machine
Maintenance electricians often have to configure low-voltage electrical electromagnetic coils in their work, which can be wound with semi-automatic wire winding and binding machines. The semi-automatic winding machine can wind the winding resistance of small and medium-sized motors, low-voltage electrical electromagnetic coils and small transformers. The semi-automatic winding body is small, light in quality, simple in practical operation, and capable of remembering the number of coils to be wound. When winding the electromagnetic coil, the operator straightens the transmission line and arranges it evenly. The number of winding turns can be read from the electronic counter.
Pay attention to the following aspects when applying the automatic winding and binding machine:
(1) During application, the winding machine shall be fixed on the actual operating platform.
(2) When the number of winding turns does not start from zero. The coil turns marked at the start and end shall be recorded and subtracted after winding.
(3) Use the handle to tighten and straighten the power transmission line when winding, and avoid excessive force to prevent the power transmission line from being broken.
